Key Responsibilities:
- Engage extensively with merchants, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams through e-ticketing, email, and phone support.
- Identify irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors within PayPal products and services.
- Install and configure payment APIs, as well as various commerce products.
- Communicate technical issues effectively to both PayPal merchants and internal departments.
- Diagnose and identify issues related to APIs, code, services, and network connectivity.
- Provide support for software involved in merchant payment processing.
- Assist in the onboarding of merchants by offering payment processing solutions.
- Contribute to team projects and develop in-depth technical documents for distribution to PayPal merchants.
Eligibility Criteria:
- This is an internship position available for university students.
- Applicants must anticipate graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- The degree should be obtained from an accredited college or university.
