Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procedures to meet internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uphold quality standards.
- Provide training and certification, as applicable, on business policies and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and business policies.
- Collaborate with process coordinators to develop and update procedures.
- Implement new process improvement initiatives and programs.
- Escalate issues and queries to the manager or operations incident management.
- Identify opportunities for procedural enhancement and work with clients on day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
- Support on-call rotations or off-shift availability as required by the business.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the integrity of data for clients and downstream systems.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Verify system functionality and validate reporting for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries directly or indirectly via change requests, Issuetrak process, or through Client Service Representatives.
- Research and respond to E&Y Auditing requests within established SLAs.
- Assist Process Lead/Team Lead in creating and gathering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Assist Process Lead/Team Lead with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) reviews for new software releases.

- Utilizes logical reasoning to analyze data, draw conclusions, and offer advice or consultation to business leaders.
- Demonstrates clear, concise, and effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.

- Demonstrates proficiency in using streaming services and devices.
- Maintains composure and responds appropriately in stressful or crisis situations.
- Capable of identifying and leveraging best practices.
- Displays a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in the work environment.
