Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Function as a Project Controller in the A&A Finops team.
- Manage change requests in the engagement life cycle submitted by AU practitioners.
- Utilize the ServiceNow tickets tool to oversee workflows specific to engagement categories, maintaining SLA adherence of 24-48 hours based on request category.
- Address email inquiries from the practice regarding ServiceNow tickets.
- Comprehend the business dynamics of the process, consistently meeting the expectations of AU stakeholders.
- Engage in professional interaction and communication within both the Hyderabad and Australian offices.
- Retain ownership of tickets until closure, ensuring timely follow-ups on required tickets.
- Actively participate in recurring weekly calls with leadership in Australia, providing valuable inputs for informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities for Business Solution Analyst:
- Collaborate with product owners and business teams to collect, analyze, and formulate functional requirements pertaining to application security.
- Develop a visual representation of business requirements by articulating and documenting functional designs, process workflows, and system integrations.
- Identify gaps and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to validate that translated technical requirements align with functional requirements.
- Generate test cases and test scripts aligned with functional requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features align with business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Investigate technical issues by examining system and application logs.
- Define and document pertinent product training materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Hold an MCA, BTech, or BSC in Computer Science.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in hands-on usage of Alteryx, with comprehensive knowledge of all tools within the Alteryx platform.
- Well-versed in data wrangling, ETL, and data cleansing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Data Analytics and Visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
- Familiarity with R/Python is highly advantageous; a basic understanding of statistical/analytical programming skills is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to think analytically to resolve issues and problems.
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
