Key Responsibilities for Quality Analyst:

  • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience to instill a sense of security among Revolut users.
  • Collaborate with international teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Manage and supervise Revolut’s presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and TrustPilot.
  • Monitor and moderate activities on the Revolut Community page.
  • Represent the company publicly in front of a substantial user base, reaching hundreds of thousands of users.
  • Interact with users through direct messages, providing assistance with issues related to both retail and business products.
  • Skillfully multitask across various social media platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proficient in the English language with impeccable language skills.
  • Hands-on experience with various social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer support roles.
  • Possess empathy and a passion for assisting individuals.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.
