Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procedures to meet internal and external SLA’s, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Train and certify on business policies and standard operating procedures, as applicable.
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and business policies.
- Perform data entry efficiently using databases.
- Identify and recommend solutions for process improvements, actively supporting the implementation of new processes and programs.
- Collaborate with clients to facilitate day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
- Provide support during on-call rotations or off-shift availability as required.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
- Address client inquiries through Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and/or interaction with Client Service representatives.
- Research and respond to E&Y Audit requests.
- Assist the Process/Team Lead in creating and gathering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Collaborate with the Process Lead/Team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or other media-related disciplines.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within specified timelines, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail.
- Apply logical reasoning to analyze data, draw conclusions, and effectively communicate results.
- Exhibit fluency in the English language, showcasing proficiency in writing, grammar, organization, analysis, and communication skills.
- Proficiently utilize Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and the Microsoft Suite.
- Display strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with others.
- Work accurately under deadlines and demonstrate a willingness to work outside regular business hours, as required.
- Possess a good typing speed.
- Express a genuine passion for consuming Podcasts, TV shows, and movies.
- Stay updated on the latest news, particularly on social networks, related to American television, cinema, and sports.
