Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, interpret, and clarify functional requirements, technical requirements, and requirement standards for the project.
- Engage in design and analysis activities.
- Study assigned functional specifications, analyze them, identify the impact of specifications, raise queries, and seek resolution from various stakeholders.
- Provide necessary support to develop the proof of concept.
- Carry out coding activities, including business layer coding, interface development, service development, and creation of stored procedures as required for the project.
- Timely communication of clarifications, issues, and concerns regarding work output to the lead.
- Seek reviews from peers and Senior Developers periodically, rework on the code based on code review, defects raised in unit testing, or any other relevant testing phases.
- Participate in code peer reviews as required, highlighting any potential risks to the Leads and seeking inputs to resolve identified issues. Support the integration of components as necessary.
- Update the traceability matrix for the work package developed and provide support during process audit activities.
- Adhere to process and tools, including the usage of Cognizant 20 and awareness of the Quality Management System. Follow the SCM policies set for the project.

Preferred skills:
- Proficient in Robotics Process Automation tools.
- Expertise in UiPath.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting.
