Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Organize complex information strategically, showcasing strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Rapidly create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Effectively communicate with key business partners, comprehending project details and propelling subsequent actions.
- Project manage and deliver crucial work streams and tasks, identifying key business risks on the platform and driving resolution through mitigating controls.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables, contributing to specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint. Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, seeking continuous simplification, improvement, and added value to existing business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Business Management or a COO role is required.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reports for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is imperative, with a continual focus on design excellence.
- Exhibit the ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and effectively drive the agenda.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential.
- Articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
- Expected to have intermediate to advanced proficiency in all MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.

- Possess self-motivation, tenacity, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
