Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize diagnostic and predictive analytics techniques to develop a portfolio segmentation strategy, taking into account factors such as the macroeconomic environment, industry and micro-industry concentrations, product attributes, lifetime value, usage patterns, risk appetite, geography, seasoning, term, and credit performance.
- Influence, monitor, and assess the impact on Family Capital Funding’s portfolio resulting from pricing changes, product modifications, acquisition strategy shifts, underwriting policy adjustments, fraud detection enhancements, and improvements in portfolio monitoring and collections.
- Develop and implement predictive early detection capabilities for credit deterioration by analyzing both internal and external performance data.
- Investigate, create, implement, and validate diverse risk and financial forecasts using complex data, incorporating cohort analysis and time series analysis for loan balances, revenue performance, and net income.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate the ability to devise solutions for loosely defined business problems by applying pattern detection techniques across potentially large datasets.
- Possess proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms.
- Showcase proficiency in machine learning, including expertise in regressions, clustering, boosting, and random forest methodologies.
