Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Assist in generating customized reports as needed by the business and support teams.
- Possess knowledge of systems and provide support as required.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently navigate through cross-functional stakeholders.
- Operate in accordance with SLA-driven objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
- Possess basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proficient in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and advanced Excel functionalities.
- Capable of working independently with a strong willingness to learn from individuals at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with MIS and analytics is considered an added advantage.
- Exhibit good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate effective communication and writing skills.
- Display a soft-spoken and patient demeanor.
- Express a willingness to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational and split week-off schedules.
