Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of FIT test pass rates in Test, App-Dev, Stage & Prod environments, including creating/assigning bugs if failures are not addressed, building test result dashboards, and simplifying the feedback/debugging process for engineers.
- Integration testing for Hawking and generative AI flows.
- Building and enhancing test frameworks for the Hawking platform.
- Conducting CUJs (Critical User Journey tests) for cross-cloud integration and apps.
- Configuring tooling/runners for FIT tests used by scrum teams.
- Configuring various test environments, such as setting up core test environment ↔ Hawking test environment connectivity.
- Managing test coverage goals (code coverage, endpoint coverage, service coverage, etc.) to ensure they are met for the ML foundations.
- Developing automation strategies and frameworks for certain end-to-end scenarios.
- Identifying risks associated with releases, deployments, etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in conducting Test Gap Analysis, identifying coverage gaps, and crafting comprehensive E2E and integration tests.
- Demonstrates technical excellence and leadership, quickly adapting to new platforms and driving end-to-end test strategy.
- Collaborates with Quality Engineering teams, Hawking scrum teams, and customer cloud Q3s for effective implementation.
- Strong collaboration skills, working with stakeholders from multiple organizations to prioritize test coverage and provide guidance on proactive testing.
- Experienced in Java and Python programming languages.
- Familiar with test runners and configuration for streamlined testing processes.
- Possesses extensive experience in debugging complex systems, ensuring robust testing and effective problem resolution.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in hosting LLM models using Sagemaker.
- Knowledgeable in LLM Finetuning and Inferencing processes.
- Skilled in testing integrations with Cohere, Anthropic, Dolly, Google, and other external platforms, in addition to internal models.
- Familiarity with Sagemaker GroundTruth for data labeling and Bedrock for model serving.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Open AI.
