Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming messages and emails from both direct consumers and travel agents, addressing their inquiries and providing flight options, along with accurate pricing and information tailored to clients’ needs.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all airline and departmental records, adhering to specified requirements.
- Utilize points-based systems to search for flights and adeptly apply various travel hacking techniques.
- Identify and escalate emerging trends and significant customer issues to leadership and customer success team members.
- Accurately interpret air travel requirements by consulting a variety of sources.
- Execute cross-functional and customer success-specific tasks as required.
- Proactively seek opportunities to craft special moments and deliver surprise-and-delight experiences for customers.
- Share and amplify customer success stories to contribute to the overall success and reputation of the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or customer service, preferably within a tech company, SAAS, and/or startup.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, prioritizing the creation of better experiences for customers.
- Ability to establish relationships quickly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing.
Preferred skills:
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of articulating complex topics clearly.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the loyalty industry, particularly within travel, airlines, and credit card programs.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving nature of the company and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
