Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Utilize SQL and Python tools to address issues and maintain database quality.
- Collect, analyze, extract, and input high-quality data (both financial and non-financial) into work tools, adhering to established criteria.
- Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and rectify code problems.
- Demonstrate a robust working understanding of processes, dataset operations, and available work tools.
- Contribute input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
- Attain predetermined individual and team objectives, delivering results at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities for Junior Analyst:
- Monitor employee updates, outstanding certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Review and facilitate pre-clearance requests.
- Conduct daily and weekly reviews of reported personal trades for supported personnel.
- Maintain a comprehensive archive of reports and documentation.
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries regarding code of ethics policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for degrees in business, engineering, sciences, or math.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in information technologies, computer science, or an equivalent field.
Preferred skills:
- Exhibit a drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Possess strong mathematical and numeracy skills.
- Demonstrate robust analytical and communication skills.
- Have a good understanding of Python and SQL languages.
- Maintain an intermediate understanding of databases, including SQL Server or Snowflake.
- Understand reporting and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Be familiar with the ETL framework and ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx).
- Showcase effective problem-solving skills.
- Display strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
