Key Responsibilities for System Engineer:
- Conduct requirements analysis and decomposition.
- Engage in systems design and model-based development system design.
- Participate in systems integration and contribute to systems validation and verification processes.
- Interact with customers to address their needs and gather feedback.
- Provide project oversight, ensuring that tasks align with project objectives.
- Coordinate project activities and contribute to effective project management.
- Assume responsibility for budget and schedule management.
Key Responsibilities for IT Analyst:
- Execute installation, patching, updates, functional and performance testing, maintenance, and modification of PeopleSoft software.
- Offer technical leadership within designated areas, actively seeking opportunities to leverage the latest technologies for software enhancement and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze existing information systems, applications, and processes to identify weaknesses and formulate opportunities for improvement.
- Foster liaison relationships with business partners and/or suppliers to deliver technical solutions based on the analysis of business workflows and understanding of business needs.
- Document alterations to system and application architecture diagrams, as well as integration processes.
- Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot applications for optimal performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, specializing in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
Preferred skills:
- Possess knowledge of Oracle database and SQL.
- Demonstrate initiative by actively maintaining technical expertise through external studies and training.
- Have knowledge of JAVA, WLS, Tuxedo.
- Possess knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Demonstrate a high technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Exhibit the ability to understand and document business processes.
- Ability to work independently in a matrix environment.
- Operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment.
- Showcase excellent time management, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
