Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and comprehensively to all customer queries to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve goals related to Employee, Customer, and Shareholder metrics.
- Identify issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their needs, ensuring quality service consistently.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Provide support for new initiatives within the directorate.
- Balance customer interests with the interests of American Express.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to identify and document necessary information.
- Be aware that this role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
- Be flexible to work in a 24/7 work environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate an analytical mind and attention to detail.
- Exhibit a high level of customer sensitivity, commitment, and service orientation.
- Display a high level of result orientation.
Preferred skills:
- Preferred experience with online credit card fraud prevention.
- Experience in supporting payment transactions with a card processor.
- Familiarity with supporting chargeback processes.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines. Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Amex products is desirable.
