Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update registration lists by extracting data from Drupal and Zoom, and subsequently updating event registration lists on Teams.
- Generate a weekly registration report to track and communicate registration trends.
- Develop feedback reports to capture and analyze participant responses.
- Manage mailboxes and calendars, handling internal stakeholder communications.
- Oversee client promotional emails, tracking client movements and drafting corresponding communications.
- Handle Salesforce data management tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Take ownership of CXO participant and board presenter databases, performing annual cleansing of the board presenter database.
- Conduct quarterly data refreshes of legacy data to maintain accuracy.
- Drive innovation for new work processes and trackers.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for various analyses, including member analysis.
- Create and manage Jupiter dashboards, campaigns, and reports.
- Update Jupiter accounts based on specific requests.
- Generate reports on data accuracy, inactive members, and other Jupiter-related issues.
