Key Responsibilities:
- Sustain and enhance existing automation test frameworks.
- Gather and report quality metrics derived from test execution.
- Collaborate with developers to devise specific testing strategies for newly developed features and automate the testing processes.
- Formulate comprehensive test plans, ensuring their execution and automation.
- Provide support to engineering teams in troubleshooting and addressing issues related to applications and development/test environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0+ years of experience with relevant technologies in ServiceNow (SN) and demonstrate coding skills with a track record of producing high-quality results.
- Have experience working with various automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with the agile methodology in the context of software development teams.
- Exhibit the ability to comprehend various testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), understand their strengths and weaknesses, and effectively apply them, including tracking and addressing any identified issues.
- Proficiently use tools such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration/Unix tools to assist with daily tasks.
