Key Responsibilities for Process Associate:

  • Provide remote support for the daily operations of the Fresh business and other Customer Service Team (CST) activities for sellers, including monitoring daily metrics, coordinating on-field support, conducting audits, and managing stakeholders both within and outside of Amazon.
  • Extract data and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prepare reports within the designated schedule.
  • Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
  • Initiate audits and necessary tasks at the sites to evaluate various operational performances.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and suggest improvements to features and processes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work on weekends.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.

Preferred skills:

  • Possess experience in using Excel.
  • Demonstrate experience in working with SQL.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer-focused approach in all situations.
  • Possess the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes seamlessly.
  • Feel comfortable handling multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
