Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, business analysis, and presentation development.
- Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
- Create wireframes and mock-ups rapidly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
- Project manage and ensure the delivery of key work streams and tasks.
- Identify and address key business risks on the platform, driving the resolution of mitigating controls.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables, actively contributing to specific action plans within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition events, and strategy working sessions.
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, such as SharePoint.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, consistently looking for ways to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, coupled with previous experience in Business Management or a COO role.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced in all MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.
- Proven track record of delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reports for diverse projects and stakeholders, emphasizing attention to detail and a continuous commitment to design excellence. Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various stakeholder groups and drive agenda priorities.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and project management skills, supported by excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
- Capability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and adept at working with a high degree of independence.
