- Collaborate with functional teams to rectify discrepancies in attendance, leave, and payroll.
- Take ownership and lead the implementation of associate-centered leadership (ACL) practices for the station in collaboration with HRBP.
- Foster engagement and establish connections with the workforce, working closely with HRBP.
- Ensure accurate headcount management in alignment with LM through coordination with HRBP and the WFS team.
- Work in partnership with HRBP and site leaders to uphold a positive ER climate both internally and externally for the station.
- Connect, coach, and engage with operations and support employees at the station.
- Attain proficiency in HR policies and assist the business in implementing, adhering to, and ensuring compliance with these policies.
- Support HRBP by utilizing and preparing Management Information System (MIS) and data to derive insights for enhancing station scorecards.
- Ensure 100% labor compliance for the site.
- Collaborate with the manpower agency to address disciplinary matters, manage payroll, benefits, and other related tasks.
- Over half a year of practical experience in human resources
- More than six months of hands-on customer service expertise
- A track record of six months or more working with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with confidential work environments
- Educational background equivalent to a high school diploma
- Over one year of hands-on experience in human resources
- More than a year of dedicated customer service expertise
- A track record of over a year working with Microsoft Office products and applications
