Key Responsibilities:
- Function as an individual contributor with a fair degree of accountability, requiring minimal assistance.
- Conduct unit testing to ensure the accuracy of developed solutions.
- Implement development requirements in accordance with provided technical specifications.
- Adhere to coding standards and performance measures as specified by customer and organizational guidelines.
- Participate in all designated training sessions and actively pursue self-improvement and development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses fundamental knowledge of project documentation, including BBP, Solution Design, FS, Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
- Capable of creating required project documentation.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of requirement management processes, tools, and requirement analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Exhibits fundamental knowledge of customer business domains and technology suites, utilizing the latest technology to enhance client engagement and address customer escalations.
- Competent in performing unit testing, comparison testing for rehosting, and reporting testing status.
- Documents identified defects, performs defect fixes, executes automation test scripts/manual test cases as per the test plan, and records findings.
- Identifies and reports defects/deviations from expected results.
