Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming, object-oriented design, and a dedicated commitment to producing clean and efficient code for improving system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Users to successfully navigate the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a Capital Market Client.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of software architecture, aligning with the existing architecture and incorporating inputs from the Client as needed.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
- Engage actively with the Client in activities such as requirement gathering, providing status updates on work progress, participating in UAT, and serving as a key partner in the overall engagement.
Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Java with hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Logical analysis coupled with effective problem-solving skills and design concepts.
- Thorough knowledge of the Spring framework.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Highly desirable proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to learn rapidly.
- Experience with enterprise Java technologies, including Java-8, Spring, JUnit, Hibernate.
- Familiarity with transaction-safe database processing, preferably in Sybase or DB2.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Exceptionally driven, capable of autonomously identifying and resolving issues, and adept at delivering solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Technical professionalism with proven expertise in Java development and implementation.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, including the ability to conduct compelling technical briefings and demonstrations.
- Possesses a technical aptitude to implement new technologies and articulate solutions to customers.
