Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions across multiple subsystems within our applications, involving collaboration with requirements definition, prototyping, architectural design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Understand how our applications operate, their structure, and how customers use them.
- Research new technology and development tools to stay informed about current trends.
- Document and demonstrate solutions through the development of documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and well-readable code.
- Analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate to resolve issues.
- Adhere to established internal quality systems, considering standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements as part of coding activities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience with the software development life cycle, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with C, C++, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts.
- Knowledge of multi-tiered application design and development.
- Understanding of relational database management system (RDBMS) design, including SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Proficiency in HTML/DHTML and JavaScript.
Preferred skills:
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Proficient knowledge of scripting and object-oriented software development principles.
- Functional understanding of relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Strong development skills and a comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with refactoring or re-engineering solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles and patterns.
- Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
