Key Responsibilities:
- Begin a promising professional journey in the HR field by joining the HR Operations & Platform team, offering a dynamic environment for learning and growth.
- Collaborate with various internal HR teams, such as Payroll, Rewards, Recruiting, Talent Development, and HR Business Partners, to address manager and employee inquiries within established timelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal clients, responding efficiently and effectively to their queries, providing accurate information, and offering sound advice while actively participating in problem-solving.
- Review, execute, and audit HR transactions related to the employee lifecycle.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes and serve as a proficient backup for other team members.
- Utilize technology systems and applications, including Workday and ServiceNow, to carry out daily responsibilities.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of processes, establishing and adhering to proper controls to mitigate risk.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance the employee experience, automate tasks, and reduce risk.
- Manage a balance between daily responsibilities, key project work, and opportunities for professional development.
- Foster connections with peers, both within the team and across regions, to share best practices, ideas, and solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a BA/BS Degree, with an MBA in HR being advantageous.
- Possess 1-4 years of pertinent experience in HR operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a preference for familiarity with Workday.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HR concepts, processes, and their interdependencies.
- Preferably have experience in the financial services and/or investment banking industry.
