Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem resolution.
- Capture, validate, and document business and data requirements in alignment with key strategic principles.
- Interrogate, interpret, and visualize large volumes of data to identify, support, and challenge business opportunities while proposing solutions.
- Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
- Conduct and support options analysis, identifying the most appropriate solution.
- Ensure full traceability and linkage of business requirements to analytics outputs.
- Seek opportunities to challenge and improve current business processes to optimize customer outcomes.
- Create and execute quality assurance at various project stages to validate analysis, ensure data quality, identify inconsistencies, and resolve issues as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess expertise in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence through tailored communications for specific audiences.
- Have proficiency in core technical skills.
Preferred skills:
- Possess knowledge in finance and payments.
- Demonstrate expertise in data analysis, SQL, presentation, and documentation.
- Preferably have an understanding of Informatica PowerCenter.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in your work.
