Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system requirements and design specifications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of system solutions and configurations.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to ensure system functionality.

• Provide support in the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software components.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

Preferred skills:

• Proficient in Advanced Excel functionalities such as pivot tables, Visual Basic, and if/then formulas.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SAP, PowerBI, and Salesforce platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams.
• Possess a Bachelor’s or STEM degree in an IT or analytics-related field, or equivalent work experience.
