Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business change and deliver transformation outcomes within the MSS COO Transformation Office, emphasizing the adoption of trusted sources and fostering a data-centric culture.
- Provide development opportunities by involving team members in COO transformation initiatives and encouraging collaboration beyond team boundaries.
- Enhance awareness and access to learning opportunities to equip team members with skills for the future.
- Foster an inclusive culture, reflecting the diversity of clients and communities, and create an environment that encourages open communication.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on understanding and interpreting data for insightful analysis.
- Develop and implement records management processes and policies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate processes.
- Establish and maintain automated data processes.
- Evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and track key performance indicators.
- Develop and support reporting processes, monitoring and auditing data quality.

- Gather, comprehend, and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in Qliksense, Python, Tableau, R, SQL, and VBA with a working knowledge.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Possesses effective communication skills.
- Applies analytical thinking to tasks and projects.
- Exhibits problem-solving skills.
Preferred skills:
- Holds certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
- Possesses experience in working with Hadoop.
- Experienced in operating within a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with working in a Data Mesh Environment, specifically with Hadoop.
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, Looker, Spotfire.
- Demonstrates experience in a cloud and big data environment, including Snowflake, Azure, Amazon Redshift, AWS, GCP.
- Experience with data lakes and data warehousing, particularly in ETL processes.
