Key Responsibilities for Associate Software Engineer:
- Work with Multimedia Technologies, including Audio and Video codecs, and Image Processing.
- Engage with Wireless Modem Technologies such as 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and Self-Organizing Networks.
- Contribute to Platform Level Software, such as Linux, Android, Windows, and Board Support Packages.
- Explore IoT Technologies for Connected Cameras, Smart Assistants, Drones, Virtual Reality, and Augmented Reality.
- Development of real-time embedded software and device drivers.
- Mobile software development for Windows Mobile, Android, or Linux.
Key Responsibilities for System Engineer:
- Utilizes Systems knowledge to contribute to the research, design, development, simulation, and/or validation of systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions, ensuring compliance with system-level requirements and standards.
- Provides support for functional analyses that inform requirements and specifications, defining and aligning standards for both hardware and software.
- Assists in the analysis and development of system-level design, encompassing requirements, interface definition, functional/performance definition, and the implementation of either new systems or modifications to existing systems.
- Collaborates with team members to execute project work, involving the implementation and testing of features, and verifying the precision of systems.
- Generates new and innovative ideas or approaches to problem-solving.
- Participates in the triage of system-level problems, identifying root causes and presenting testing and debugging results to team members.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Communication Engineering, or ECE.
Preferred skills:
- Expertise in Multimedia technologies, covering Audio, Video, and Imaging.
