Key Responsibilities for Business Operations Associate:
- Responding to client queries, requests, and complaints via email, calls, and WhatsApp groups.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Tech, Mobile APP, Design, Campaign) and vendors to ensure effective resolutions.
- Tracking pertinent tickets with internal teams (Tech, Mobile APP, Design, Campaign).
- Maintaining and sharing Management Information System (MIS) and detailed data with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handling vendors to ensure seamless reward fulfillment within the loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities for Junior Ad Expert:
- Develop, monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Create, monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, covering Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Establish, monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on diverse platforms like Bing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
- Formulate, execute, and analyze various ad campaign types to enhance Return on Investment (ROI).
- Implement a structured framework to measure and report the outcomes of A/B tests and multivariate tests, encompassing design and target audience.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to assess the impact of paid digital activities, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Generate marketing reports utilizing various tools to transparently communicate the impact of paid activities across different channels.
