Key Responsibilities:
- Furnishing comprehensive and informative responses to both current and prospective customers regarding product and service details.
- Maintaining accurate and organized customer records.
- Recognizing and promptly escalating high-priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team.
- Actively participating in team meetings.
- Addressing all inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
- Investigating and resolving customer inquiries by providing suitable and satisfactory solutions.
- Educating customers on services and processes.
- Reporting any concerns or challenges to the Team Leader.
- Adhering strictly to assigned shift schedules.
- Ensuring strict compliance with established internal policies, procedures, and processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ PG/ 12th Pass
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
- A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
- Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including holidays and weekends.
