Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor critical metrics such as revenue per unit, gross margin, provisioning liquidation, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition, and top-performing styles.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and enhance future performance.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate P&L reporting for the portfolio.
- Reconcile discounts with brand associates for funding of sale day properties.
- Monitor discounting/pricing for key brands on other portals to maintain parity and anticipate customer switching.
- Analyze trends related to inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Influence various teams and stakeholders within the organization to achieve goals and meet project timelines.
- Establish reporting processes to streamline operations.
- Conduct sales forecasting and trend analysis.
- Develop and innovate robust analyses and trends that will shape new dimensions of pricing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Solid problem-solving skills – the candidate should demonstrate structured thinking, strong analytical abilities, and a process-oriented approach.
- Proficient in data analytics – candidates must be highly skilled in Advanced Excel (mandatory) and SQL (mandatory); familiarity with Python is required, and there should be an aptitude for further learning. Knowledge of automating Google trackers using Python is preferred.
- Highly action-oriented – Myntra’s culture emphasizes a strong bias for action and swift implementation. The incoming candidate should take ownership of projects from conceptualization to execution.
- Collaboration skills – ability to build working relationships with members from other departments and provide support to analysts within the team.
