Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial crime controls to ensure compliance with firm standards and address all associated risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information required for conducting monitoring and quality reviews.
- Document, analyze, and communicate detailed outcomes resulting from monitoring and quality reviews.
- Identify findings and areas for improvement, and communicate them to key stakeholders.
- Draft comprehensive investigative reports.
- Track and validate the completion of corrective action plans.
- Compile and report relevant metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of periodic reporting processes.
- Support presentations to management.
- Take a proactive role in driving projects related to the Monitoring and Quality Program.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree.
- Demonstrated proficiency in risk analysis and research, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to prioritize workflows and meet deadlines effectively.
- Quick learning ability to grasp new systems and processes promptly.
- Capability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in project management, multitasking, and interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in auditing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, particularly in Global Markets and Wealth Management.
- Prior experience in Financial Crime Compliance.
