Key Responsibilities for Junior HR Associate:
- Respond to messages and emails from direct consumers and travel agents, offering flight options and providing accurate pricing and information to meet clients’ needs.
- Ensure proper documentation of all airline and department paperwork as required.
- Search for flights using points and implement various travel hacking techniques.
- Identify and escalate trends and significant customer issues to leadership and customer success teammates.
- Accurately interpret air requirements using various sources.
- Complete cross-functional and customer success-specific tasks.
- Look for opportunities to create special and delightful moments for customers.
- Share and highlight customer success stories.
Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Intern:
- Gain insight into the VP’s work lifestyle and thought process, integrating them into your daily activities.
- Manage phone calls, schedules, calendar events, and appointments for the VP.
- Take comprehensive control of the intricate details involved in the business and personal matters of the VP.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the VP and internal + external stakeholders.
- Proactively inform the VP about important schedules and deadlines.
- Handle day-to-day operational and administrative ad-hoc tasks. Prepare informative reports and presentations as needed.
- Embrace the unknown by constantly seeking new ways to improve and encouraging ownership of projects that can add value.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or customer service, preferably within a tech company, SAAS, and/or startup.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, prioritizing the creation of better experiences for customers.
- Ability to establish relationships quickly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing.
Preferred skills:
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of articulating complex topics clearly.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the loyalty industry, particularly within travel, airlines, and credit card programs.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving nature of the company and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
