Key Responsibilities:
- Receive coaching and mentoring to successfully accomplish assignments and projects, fostering the development of learning and skillsets.
- Execute internal projects by fulfilling designated tasks assigned by your AL (Assignment Leader).
- Utilize expertise to construct appropriate technical solutions and enhance skills on the job.
- Comprehend business enhancements and achieve desired outcomes in coordination with DT (Digital Technology) and business teams.
- Acquire proficiency in internal software to aid in project and task completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns, engaging with global business leaders to build networks and foster interactions.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is upheld.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recently completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in India.
- Graduated within the last 12 months with a bachelor’s degree in subjects such as Computer Science, Digital & Interaction Design, Mathematical Engineering, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering, Management Engineering, or related courses in Software Engineering, Data Science (Machine Learning and Deep Learning), IoT, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.
Preferred skills:
- Possess strong written and verbal English language proficiency with effective communication skills.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a passion for learning through practical experience.
- Have legal eligibility to work in the country of application without requiring sponsorship or facing time restrictions.
