Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our case-management solution to promptly assist employees with HR queries and issues.
  • Conduct audits on benefit claims submitted by employees.
  • Address employee benefits queries and tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees through our customer portal and other social channels.
  • Support and enhance our centralized knowledge base by creating, updating, and improving knowledge articles to ensure information relevance for employees.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and other support teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of processes, programs, and policies to assist employees and managers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, contributing to an enhanced and more productive process that elevates the employee experience.
  • Ensure the accuracy of internal Shared Services Community process documentation.
  • Adhere to audit requirements by completing work accurately and within established timelines.
  • Uphold confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties and engage in project work as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proficient in spoken and written communication at a high level.
  • 0-1 years of work experience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills coupled with a keen interest in technology and continuous learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation.

Preferred skills:

  • Foreign language proficiency, such as French, German, Japanese, etc., would be an additional advantage.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
