Job Description:

Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:

• Collaborate with Packrel Engineering to identify areas for improvement in data collection.
• Manage and design the reporting environment, encompassing data sources, extraction, and reporting structure for data analysis.
• Oversee master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Drive the Packrel Engineering team to align with the database decision matrix.
• Utilize Micron proprietary and 3rd party tools and applications, including Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI tools, for problem-solving.
• Compile qualification data through the effective use of tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities for Data Engineer:

• Analyze and define functional requirements for user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytic solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence tools, Snowflake, SAP Hana/Business Objects, and Power BI or Tableau.
• Develop coding in Advanced SQL and Python, complete unit testing, participate in code review, document solution delivery, and coordinate deployment.
• Support operational reporting requirements from Singapore and US teams, ensuring quick delivery.
• Assist the development team in understanding functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with the global user base and BI analysts to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Drive effective agile project management through active engagement in the scrum development process.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the solution.
• Offer functional support to business team members during testing and deployment phases.
• Work with teams to deliver effective, high-value reporting solutions using an established delivery methodology.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

Preferred skills:

• Proficient in SQL and Python with outstanding skills.
• Possess decent knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting software such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Nice to have knowledge of UiPath/Blue Prism for automating manual work through the development of standardized bots for business purposes.
