Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various Gartner teams, including product, research, and technology, to understand and address business requirements, data access, processing/transformation, and reporting needs. Utilize both existing and new tools to develop effective solutions.
- Utilize internal tools to systematize or automate manual processes wherever feasible, such as data harvesting and business mappings.
- Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive data repository by engaging in data discovery, transformation, and the development of data pipelines for scalability.
- Ensure the delivery of clean and curated datasets to end users by applying best practices in data transformation, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience working with large datasets, including transforming, cleaning, and building data pipelines.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in constructing and maintaining data systems/databases from various sources.
- Proficiency in Python and relational databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence Platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, including GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.
