Key Responsibilities for Recruiter:
- Utilize creative and innovative recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to comprehend key requirements and develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Engage in proactive high-level sourcing, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, and discovering passive candidates through diverse internet searches and networking.
- Manage the recruitment process and applicant flow efficiently within our Application Tracking System.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on diversity initiatives, ensuring the attraction of a diverse candidate slate.
Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Execute procedures to meet internal/external SLAs, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Receive training and certification on business policies and standard operating procedures as required.
- Strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures and business policies.
- Perform data entry tasks using designated databases.
- Identify and propose solutions for process improvements and actively contribute to the implementation of new processes and programs.
- Collaborate with clients to carry out day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
- Provide on-call support or be available during off-shift hours, if necessary.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
- Address client inquiries through Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and/or communication with Client Service representatives.
- Respond to and fulfill E&Y Audit requests promptly.
- Assist the Process/Team Lead in creating and gathering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Support the Process Lead/Team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.
