Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate hypotheses regarding the factors that could effectively enhance driver recruitment while maintaining an optimal cost, utilizing a first-principles problem-solving approach and insights gained from prior successful or unsuccessful experiments.
- Plan and implement new experiments and make data-driven decisions based on the analysis of results.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders, including functional heads, to provide updates on progress and share analytical insights.
- Develop comprehensive metric dashboards for tracking key metrics, measuring inputs, and highlighting valuable insights.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet stringent deadlines and deliver results within the specified timeframe.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Self-driven and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in structured problem-solving, with the ability to think in a mutually exclusive, comprehensively exhaustive (MECE) manner and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency in essential skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SQL and Python.
