Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams at Flipkart to identify, define, gather, and continuously monitor crucial business metrics pertaining to products or operational processes.
- Retrieve necessary data to facilitate comprehensive business analysis, create informative reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Perform quantitative analysis that transforms data into practical and actionable insights.
- Engage with and guide stakeholders in making informed decisions driven by data.
Key Responsibilities for Business Associate:
- Lead and orchestrate ITGC audits to guarantee adherence to SOX/ICOFR regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors, presenting substantiating evidence and safeguarding the organization’s compliance status.
- Identify instances of non-compliance or gaps and collaboratively work with IT and business teams to rectify them within specified timeframes.
- Perform ITAC audits and evaluate IPE (Information Processing Environment) to ensure the precision and reliability of automated controls.
- Leverage SQL and Python expertise to assess system data and automate audit procedures where applicable.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring their alignment with planned milestones and compliance and organizational objectives.
- Assess, devise, and validate internal controls across diverse IT domains.
- Deliver training sessions and promote knowledge-sharing within internal teams regarding compliance prerequisites and best practices.
- Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards.
