Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries through Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media.
- Providing informative responses to current and potential customers regarding product and service details.
- Maintaining precise customer records.
- Identifying and promptly escalating high-priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team.
- Actively participating in team meetings.
- Handling all queries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Probing and troubleshooting customer inquiries while delivering suitable and satisfactory solutions.
- Educating customers on services and processes.
- Escalating any concerns or challenges to the Team Leader.
- Achieving predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives.
- Adhering strictly to shift schedules.
- Complying with established internal policies, procedures, and processes.
- Collaborating effectively with the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree from any stream if a Fresher.
- Minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
- A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
- Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including holidays and weekends.
