Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting our users in their onboarding journey through our in-app live chat.
- Reviewing KYC documents and managing the data they contain.
- Maintaining a consistent online presence as a representative of Revolut.
- Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with teams in London, Moscow, Porto, and Lithuania to address customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in English with exceptional communication abilities.
- Aptitude for simplifying complex matters into easily understandable explanations.
- Proficient in writing, strong numeracy, and IT skills.
