Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough case assessments to ensure trading activities on the platform adhere to safety and compliance standards.
- Utilize filters, member reports, and account evaluations to make well-informed judgments on each case.
- Recognize patterns and offer insights to superiors.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of filters to the LVIS team and other support departments.
- Address appeals through various communication channels for actions taken within assigned work categories.
- Handle escalations as requested by leadership.
- Respond to appeals and manage customer inquiries via email channels.
- Engage in outbound phone calls or other means to contact customers as part of case reviews.
- Guide customers on how to enhance their success on the platform through phone or email communication.
- Educate customers about the regulatory requirements related to the company’s actions.
