Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional customer service, responding to our clients’ questions with information that is both relevant and intelligent.
- Develop relationships with important stakeholders, keep track of work items, and regularly update USI lead/stakeholders on progress.
- Utilising Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and different internal and external search tools and databases, develop private C-Suite Academy deliverables.
- Organise your own evaluation of your work.
- Create print-ready documents for clients and/or assess automated deliverable outputs with little direction.
- Pay close attention to the details and put the needs of the customer first.
- Conduct secondary research to create profiles of the executives and companies.
- Work under established SLAs and strict timelines.
- To accomplish shared team goals, work productively with all team members while actively sharing best practises and developing collective knowledge.
- Make use of Salesforce, SharePoint, and other company tools to support operations.
- Control the upload of academy folders and files to the appropriate program’s SharePoint repository.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Focus on quality and have strong analytical abilities.
- Strong communication abilities in both written and spoken English are required.
- An understanding of quality and the impact of audits on the AP procedures.
- Capable of processing bills within the TAT and benchmark established by management.
- Self-starter has the capacity to function with little direction.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge in managing financial applications, processing bills, billing, etc.
