Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the legal data strategy’s definition and advancement.
• Establishing and sustaining a strong rapport with top Legal leadership as well as leadership throughout Accenture to enable the provision of data and insight services.
• Managing a group of people to advance data and insight outputs across Legal.
• Understanding and translating the demands of the Data & Insights team’s delivery of Legal data and insight needs proactively.
• Examining the work of the Data & Insights team and acting as a quality controller.
• Leading/supporting continuous improvement efforts for technology, processes, tools, metrics, and trainings based on continuing experience, process metrics, stakeholder feedback, etc.
• The role will also push higher Legal use of data and insights and best practices.
• The discovery, documenting, and dissemination of data and insight practices from Legal, Accenture, and external sources.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Team-leading expertise and potent interpersonal abilities.
• Profound knowledge of data architecture, curation, and modelling software.
• Formulas, pivot tables, macros, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, Qlik, and experience with data visualisation skills are all required. Working understanding of data science tools like Jupyter, SQL, Python, Azure, and GCP is also required.
• Exposure to modelling and visualisation in data analytics.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred skills:

• Wide range of programming experience, including successfully completing projects in the operations, technology, and external-facing units.
• Solid knowledge of data and technology.
• Proven evaluation and problem-solving abilities: able to pinpoint the core problem and foresee requirements and possible outcomes.
• Logical reasoning: the capacity to support any recommendations with evidence and to reach agreement on suggested solutions.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills: able to quickly forge relationships with numerous global stakeholders via virtual tools; listen to, comprehend, and address any concerns.
