Key Responsibilities:
- Formalise reporting needs for business.
- Choose reliable data sources.
- Specify the KPI calculation formula.
- Using the back-end data warehouse team, implement the solution.
- Create and test the reporting front-end.
- Identify and address problems in relation to initial requirements and improvement requests.
- Support the user deployment of the solution.
- Inform the reporting project manager of the specifications, estimates, progress of the development, and milestones.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrolled in school and possessing a first-level degree from an accredited institution, or similar work experience; an advanced degree is recommended.
- Typically one to three years of study in big data, data science, and business intelligence.
- Certification and training in quality improvement are advantages.
Preferred skills:
- Understanding of market trends in data science.
- Experience working on projects and interning with the following technologies: Python, R, SQL, Excel, and VBA.
- Experiences using PowerBI or ThoughtSpot for business front ends are advantageous.
- Skills in written, oral, and presentational communication. English and the local language proficiency.
- Good commercial and financial acumen.
