Key Responsibilities:
- Take a high amount of incoming calls from customers regarding a range of concerns, such as product inquiries, billing/refunds, etc.
- Correctly update and enter customer information and contact notes into the system(s)
- Quickly address customer issues and fulfil obligations to them.
- Coordinate with other programme departments if a customer call cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact, such as a dispute over billing or refund issues.
- Meet and maintain necessary metrics and objectives.

- Any Graduate/ Undergraduate/ 12th Pass

- Excellent spoken English and knowledge of American culture.
- Expertise in offering outstanding phone customer service.
