Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Collaborating with numerous cross-functional teams to produce and offer analysis.
- Assistance with various analyses for the services organisation.
- Use tools and programmes to collect the data needed for analysis.
- Working with management on sporadic requests for analysis and reporting.
- Updating, developing, and sustaining databases and reports with crucial indicators to direct strategic choices.
- Locating and collecting reliable data sources to tackle issues, and formulating recommendations for action through experimentation or exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Combining and altering several data sources.
- Making dashboards and responding to corporate data demands.
- Work together with team members to gather, examine, and evaluate data.
- To visualise data, use graphs, infographics, and other techniques.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Skills in MS Office applications specifically Excel, but including Word, and Outlook.
Preferred skills:
- Independence, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities.
- Effective communication skills (presentation, written, and vocal)
- Understanding of Tableau, Salesforce, and MULE.
- Knowledge of charts and other data visualisation strategies.
- Statistics expertise and data analytics expertise.
- The capacity to summarise important findings.
- Being able to set and stick to deadlines.
- The capacity to function under pressure.
