Key Responsibilities:
- Helps the brokering organisation manage the trade operations and issue the contract note after the transactions have been verified.
- Assist in risk management activities, take care of trade operations (trade reconciliations and confirmations), and set up the money for MTM settlement.
- After checking the accepted scrip and its valuation in accordance with the internal risk policy, perform pledge, repledge, and pledge closure activities as part of collateral management.
- Calculating the obligation for both funds and securities as part of clearing operations and client and Clearing Corporation reconciliations.
- Funds and security settlement, as well as reporting to clients of its Wealth and PMS. Additionally, settlement of statutory levies with the appropriate clearing corporation.
- Ensure BAU is carried out in a controlled way and in accordance with the SLA to prevent errors or audit observations.
- Offer dealers and private bankers complete operational assistance, including client reporting, margin requirements, and collateral (cash and non-cash) lodged with the clearing corporation.
- Ensure that regulatory reporting is accurate and submitted on time.
- Responsible for communicating with downstream systems to share the flat files.
- Take care of the client reporting on a daily basis.
- Testing of new system improvements in accordance with business/regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should have minimum qualification of an Bachelors degree.

- Strong SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint skills: Able to confidently build and automate outputs.
