Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware operating principles: bus and connection architecture, CPU and memory architecture.
- Basics of operating systems: memory management, privilege modes, multi-processing and scheduling, file systems, and device drivers.
- Data structures and algorithms.
- The fundamentals of parallel computing.
- The programming languages C and/or C++
- Knowledge of Python or PERL is desired.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing M. tech/BTech in Computer Science or E&C
- BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field.
Preferred skills:
- High academic standing.
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages and CPU architecture.
- Good knowledge of operating system basics.
- A plus is having knowledge of the Linux kernel.
- Strong programming skills in C++
