Key Responsibilities:
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of at least one analytics subject and comprehension of all analytics skills
- Outlining and elaborating on expected analytics results; specifying strategy choice
- Supplying BCG teams with original analysis and insights, generally taking ownership of all or part of an analytics module, and collaborating with case teams
- Gaining credibility by collaborating with case teams on analytics themes and coming to conclusions on a variety of internal and external issues relevant to their module
- Analytical findings are communicated through sophisticated results packaging and synthesis (including PowerPoint presentations, documents, dashboards, and charts) with consultants. Case team learning is also gathered, synthesised, and analysed, and it is incorporated into new best practises and procedures.
- Create support materials for internal documents, expanding core capabilities, sanitising secret papers, and maintaining a repository.
- Able to act freely or with little guidance as the workstreams and modules’ leader
- Having the ability to support business development initiatives (proposals, vignettes, etc.) and create sales collateral to generate leads
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in a field linked to business analytics, statistics or economics, operations research, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
Preferred skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and vocal English proficiency.
- Python is a programming language that is a must, along with R, SAS, or PySpark and SQL.
- Streamlit, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, and other data visualisation tools
- Utilising Alteryx, MS Access, or any RDBMS for data management
- Experience working previously for a large organisation, preferably in a professional services organisation in a data analytics function.
